All major networks including ESPN, Fox, HBO, History Channel, Food Network. Corporate clients include Veterans Administration, United Methodist Committee on Relief, Nixon library, Volkswagon, Lockheed Martin. I have been to Mozambique Africa on assignment for the General Board of Global Ministries to produce a documentary on humanitarian landmine removal. Fully equipped with: Panasonic HDX900 HD Cam, 2 Sony D600 Betacams, DSR500 DV Cam, Panasonic DVX100 mini DV 24p cam, Final Cut Pro editing, lighting, grip, and support package.

Magazine/documentary-style videographer covering most local and national networks in the area: ESPN, ABC, CBS, FOX Sports, EXTRA, Access Hollywood, HBO, etc. Traveled with Elizabeth Dole to El Salvador for PSA spot for homeless victims after an earthquake and hurricane. Other travels include a documentary I produced in Uganda, East Africa to help raise money for the AIDS victims sponsored by Ashburn United Methodist Church.

During my twelve year association with the team, I handled all facets of direction and operation of the video department. I directed a full-time staff as well as all practice and game day production crews. We worked closely with coaches to produce breakdown analysis of opponent game tapes. As department director, I handled our annual budget, and was responsible for purchasing and upgrading the equipment as well as implementing software environment for game analysis. During my tenure, I established and maintained an extensive video library. I have traveled throughout the United States with the team as director of video production as well as a videographer. Producing the annual team photo was also a responsibility of our department.

Worked for local television station, ABC affiliate, to produce a variety of projects. Produced documentaries and long-form specials. Produced, shot and edited commercial and public service spots. Collaborated with producer and talent for ideas and content. As a videographer, extensive use of Sony, CMX, DVE and Grass Valley systems. Produced/DP 35 millimeter films for in-house promotions.

 

News and Sports Photographer/Editor

1980–1986 WJLA TV Washington, DC

 

As a hard news and features photographer, I covered major political events. I was also the first full-time sports photographer/editor for local coverage and the first one-man band with Betacam in Washington, DC.

I have won two Emmys and been nominated for seven. Recipient of several White House press photographer association awards.
